Cool things:
I've become more observant. I now notice when the dogs need water, or when I need to go frob my quesadilla so it doesn't get burnt even if I don't watch it like a hawk.
I got an angry bee out of a tarp without further angrying it or being generally timid or clumsy.
I'm reading American Gods, by Neil Gaiman. 'Nuff said.
Nothing against Shaker, but I'm going to be glad to get back to Cambridge (for a variety of reasons ^_^). There just isn't a whole lot of 'me' here any more.
EDIT: title corrected (I think...) twice
