kihou: (In a tree)
The party continues into the woods, with some unexpected turns, a spirit quest, and guest staring the mighty [ profile] lionofgod as Kate and Saskia.

Properties of the Trackless Forest:
* You don't find what you're looking for.
* What you do find is unexpected.
* You can never go back.
* The fittest survive.
* The Forest serves no master.

Expecting the unexpected: not as useful as you'd hope )
kihou: (In Belize)

As we left our intrepid heroes, they were headed to check out Malvora Mansion, with Lewis critical of the wisdom of the plan but coming along to keep the others out of trouble. (You can see this whole series at my "thin ice" tag.

Oh, and I may have mentioned this before, but there's also a campaign map. (Though the island off the coast of Newfoundland makes the default zoom suck now.)

A rescue, a sleepover, and a mad scientist )
kihou: (All mimsy were the borogoves)

A disjointed foundation )
kihou: (Most people end up believing they never)
The players in my Dresden Files campaign (flimsily dubbed Thin Ice) have asked me to clean up my session notes so they can refer to them, and if I'm going to do that I might as well consider my trend of talking about RPGs here. I'll try to keep it vaguely intelligible.

But most of you probably aren't interested. )
